Product Pricing

Typically,  we will bill Medicaid for services rendered, if Medicaid is not an option we accept cash or card payments, as well as have the ability to bill the facility (ie: nursing home, assisted living facilities). All other price points will be discussed after the appointment is made.  For Private Pay Pricing, please contact us.
